Nutrition
Standards for School Lunches |
In April 2001, the Government's compulsory guidelines for
caterers on minimum Nutrition Standards for School Lunches
came into force. These Standards apply to nursery, primary
and secondary schools maintained by local education authorities
in England.
Guidance and support for caterers regarding the implementation
of these regulations and monitoring the nutritional quality
